Go to the 'Track Order' page or log into your 'Account' and check your orders.
We currently only ship within the UK, so we ask that you give us up to 4 working days to prepare your order. All of your orders are trackable! You will receive regular updates on your order's delivery time.
We hope you are happy with your order but do understand sometimes things are not quite right, get in contact with us as soon as possible using hello@walkies.co Please allow 2-3 working days for a response.
Here at Walkies we aim to get things sorted for you quickly and efficiently.
Make sure to still add these items to your basket, all pre ordered items will show up as on backorder on your invoice, it will be delivered to you within 2-3 working days.
We offer free delivery on all orders over £54.99 any orders under that will have a delivery charge of £5.99 added to them.
Deliveries to Scotland & Northern Ireland will cost a flat rate of £9.99.

We hope you are pleased with your purchases from Walkies, however, in the unlikely event you need to return something we will be happy to offer a refund.
If we have delivered the incorrect item to you or your purchase has arrived damaged, we will arrange to collect and replace or to refund the item.
Unfortunately, any postage costs incurred to return a product that has been incorrectly ordered are at the expense of the customer. We will not be able to issue refunds for products maliciously damage
If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible at hello@walkies.co. Please note orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In this case, please wait to receive the order and then follow our returns process.
you can return your order via post for a refund, excluding any original postage charges, but do note that all shipping fees to return an order are at the cost of the consumer. Please ensure the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt and in their original packaging.
It is very important to us here at Walkies that you receive your order in the best condition. However, if something does arrive damaged or faulty, or an item is missing, please let us know right away. Simply email us at hello@walkies.co and we will work quickly to sort this for you, either by replacing or collecting items.
